Payments are processed securely and held in escrow. Funds are only released to the owner after you confirm pickup. A 10% service fee is applied to each rental, and optional damage protection is available at checkout.

If you purchased damage protection, the plan covers eligible damage claims. Without it, renters are responsible for damages as agreed in the listing terms. Always inspect the item at pickup and photograph any pre-existing damage.

Yes — message the owner through the platform to request an extension. Both parties must agree, and an additional payment will be processed for the extra days.

Go to the Browse Gear page and click "Create a listing." You'll add photos, a description, your daily rate, pickup rules, and your availability calendar.
